ENInternational human solidarity day
Another set UN the holiday we are celebrating the 20th of December. Born on this day in 2006, when it was celebrated for the first time. Solidarity day was proclaimed in resolution, which was devoted to the first decade of world powers struggle with poverty. In this document there are references to the Millennium Declaration, where solidarity is written as one of the basic human values of the XXI century.
Solidarity – is to support, mutual aid members of the society, the unity of action and belief. Based solidarity on shared responsibility, common interests, joint movement towards the goal. At the feast celebrating this value in all States speak of solidarity – on TV, special seminars and conferences. This date is commemorated throughout each year, but December 20th is not a business day.
