Easter holiday (Resurrection) ancient Christian holiday, main religious holiday of Christians. This holiday is connected with Jesus Christ's revival.

The Midsummer festival is celebrated on the 7th of July.

The day of Peter and Fevronia — folk-Orthodox holiday. Celebrated on June 25 (July 8). In Russia on March 26, 2008 in the Council of the Federation at the meeting of the Committee on social policy was unanimously approved an initiative on the establishment of a new festival — it ’Day of family, love and fidelity. 

Neptune day is celebrated on the last Sunday of July.

Day of the baptism of Russia — a memorable date, legally established in the Russian Federation on 1 June 2010 in memory of the baptism of Rus (988). Celebrated on July 28 in the Gregorian calendar — as the day that corresponds in the XXI century the memory of Prince Vladimir of Kiev, the revered Saint Baptizer of Rus. Like all memorable dates in Russia, the day of the baptism of Rus ' is not a holiday.

The Nativity of the blessed virgin Mary is celebrated on September 21.
