Holidays at 1 september of 2025 (date 01.09.2025)

Knowledge day is celebrated on 1 September as a national holiday in the USSR and the Russian Federation since 1984, on the basis of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from 01.10.80 No. 3018-X "On holidays and memorial days", as amended by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from 01.11.88 No. 9724-XI ’On amendments to the law of the USSR on holidays and memorial days.  Is also an official holiday in some other post-Soviet States.
