Day employees of the military commissariats

Military Commissariat (Voenkomat) — the local military administration in the Soviet Union, and then in the republics of the former USSR, responsible for military mobilization and accounting-draft.

In Ukraine, there is also a Day of mobilization of the employee, which is celebrated on September 14.
